What happens when we come round
About an hour. We look at the house, talk through what you want and what the neighbours have done, and tell you there and then roughly what it costs, whether it needs planning, and when we could start.
Nothing to sign. No follow-up calls unless you ask.
02WHAT WE TAKE ON
Lofts, extensions, new builds, whole houses
Most of what we do. Smaller jobs — a roof, a rewire, a bathroom — we still take on too.
You get a price band at the visit, and a fixed price for the agreed scope once the design is settled.
