Website terms
This site is for general information. Prices shown are guide ranges, not quotations: a quote is the binding figure and follows a site visit and an agreed scope.
How we contract
The quote we issue sets out the scope, the price including VAT, the payment schedule, the working hours and the guarantee that applies to your job. Those terms are issued in writing with every quote and form the contract — this page does not replace them.
- Variations: priced in writing and agreed by you before the work is done.
- Guarantee: see our guarantee.
- Insurance: certificates available on request.
Cancelling
If you agree the contract at your home, by email or by phone, you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you pay for the work done up to the point you cancel.
To cancel, tell us in writing at enquiry@mroseconstruction.co.uk. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
