What is covered
The guarantee that applies to your job — how long it runs, what it covers and what it excludes — is set out in writing in your quote and again at handover. Ask us for it before you sign anything; any builder who will not put it in writing is telling you something.
How to claim
Call us on the number you have always called. Anything we caused, we put right at our cost. If you would rather write, email enquiry@mroseconstruction.co.uk and we will acknowledge it within 5 working days.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires our work to be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here reduces those rights.
