The brief
Bought at auction, untouched since the 1980s: a Victorian terrace with tired everything but great bones on a great street. The new owners wanted to move into a finished home, not a project.
What we built
Stripped back to brick and joists. Full NICEIC rewire, new boiler and heating throughout, the bathroom moved upstairs where it always belonged — freeing a proper third bedroom — plus two new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and cornicing restored in the front rooms.
The result
Effectively a new house behind original Victorian brickwork, ready fourteen weeks after the keys. The owners moved straight in — and the street noticed: two neighbours booked surveys before we'd taken the sign down.
