The loft was the project; the owners took the scaffold as the chance to refresh the whole shell.
What we built
Built the rear dormer, then used the access to re-render and redecorate the exterior, hang a new composite front door under the porch, and lay the block-paved driveway.
The result
A bigger house that also looks after its kerb appeal — the before photos are the neighbours' houses.
