A family with a plot two builders had walked away from — an infill site with two refused planning applications and awkward ground near mature trees. They wanted a four-bedroom family home, not a compromise.
What we built
We reworked the massing with their architect, secured approval, and anticipated the tricky ground in the quote after a proper soil survey — deeper trench-fill foundations, priced before we started. Handmade-brick façade, aluminium glazing, air-source heat pump, everything inside by our own certified teams.
The result
A four-bedroom detached home, eleven months from bare plot to keys, on budget — moved into the week their rental expired, exactly as planned a year earlier. Structural warranty and every certificate at handover.
