The brief
One family, two needs: more living space downstairs and another bedroom upstairs. Doing both at once meant one scaffold, one programme.
What we built
Extended across the rear with French doors onto a new lawn, and built the dormer overhead — the insulation and framing shots here are ours, not a subcontractor's.
The result
Downstairs opens to the garden; upstairs gained a room. One build, both boxes ticked.
