The brief
A parade of five occupied shop units on Craven Park Road needed structural repairs, new windows above the shopfronts and full interior refits — without closing the businesses below.
What we built
Worked unit by unit through 2020–21: stripped the interiors back to brick, framed and boarded new ceilings, repaired the upper facades and set new windows in, and refitted the flats above. Night and early shifts kept the shops trading through the works.
The result
Five units brought back into shape and the parade still trading the whole way through — the kind of job where the best compliment is that customers never noticed us.
